The word digital transformation (DX) is so widespread that you will hear it every day. Now, various initiatives related to DX are being promoted in organizations. The content of DX initiatives ranges from the streamlining and automation of existing operations and processes, which is the mainstream of defensive DX, to the improvement of service/product value and the business model innovations, which can be seen as aggressive DX.
